Creating a subscription

On the Subscriptions page, click Create Subscription.

In the Agent dropdown menu, select the agent the subscription is for. DI Itron Administrators can see all agents. DI Customer Administrators can only see non-Itron agents.

In the Feature dropdown menu, select the agent's feature the subscription is for. DI Itron Administrators can see all features. DI Customer Administrators can only see non-Itron features.

In Description, type a description for the subscription.

For subscription responses delivered through Azure Service Bus (typically for hosted DI App Platform deployments), in the Response Delivery Type dropdown menu, select Service Bus.

For Service Bus subscriptions authenticated with a SAS token key and config ID, in the Service Bus Authentication Method dropdown menu, select SAS Token Key & SAS Token Config ID.

In the Response Delivery Subtype dropdown menu, select the subtype for how subscription responses are delivered.

In Service Bus Name, type the service bus name.

In Queue Name, type the queue name.

In SAS Token Config ID, type the SAS token config ID.

In SAS Token Key, type the SAS token key.

In Service Bus Message Type, type the service bus message type.

If the subscription uses a tenant SAS token, select the Tenant SAS Token? checkbox.

For Service Bus subscriptions authenticated with a long-lived SAS URI, in the Service Bus Authentication Method dropdown menu, select Long Lived SAS Uri.

In the Response Delivery Subtype dropdown menu, select the subtype for how subscription responses are delivered.

In Long Lived SAS URI, type the long-lived SAS URI.

If the subscription is BLOB supported, select the BLOB Supported? checkbox.
or
For subscription responses delivered through RabbitMQ (typically for managed appliance DI App Platform deployments), in the Response Delivery Type dropdown menu, select RabbitMQ.

In Host Name, type the host name.

In Port, type the port number.

In Queue Name, type the queue name.

In Virtual Host, type the virtual host.

In User Name, type the username.

Click Save.
