Holiday Lists

The Holiday Lists page is located under the Platform Administration menu. Use this page to create, delete, and modify holidays and holiday schedules (the days the holiday falls on each year).

On the Customer Service dashboard in the Analytics Portal, holidays are included in weekend usage (as compared to weekday usage). This assists utility Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in analyzing unique usage patterns for specific days. For example, a high rate of usage for a customer on a holiday Wednesday may be difficult for a CSR to interpret if that day is not identified as a holiday.
