The High Impedance Detection application's outcome data appears in the Itron Portal at portal.itrontotal.com. The information for High Impedance Detection is presented in the following pages.

1. Navigate to portal.itrontotal.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Select HID/Advanced temp monitoring.
