Service point details card
This card provides details about the service point selected in the Alarms table.
-
Summary tab. This tab on the Service point details card summarizes service point details for the selected alarm.
-
Properties.
-
Service point ID. The unique identification number for the location that receives utility service the alarm was observed on.
-
Transformer ID. The unique identification number for the parent transformer of the service point the alarm was observed on.
-
Account ID. The unique account number associated with the service point the alarm was observed on.
-
Floor number. The floor of the building on which the meter is located (if applicable).
-
Service point time zone. The time zone where the service point is physically located.
-
-
Missing Data.
-
Days missing. This number indicates the number of days during which the periodic impedance is missing. For example, if the backend did not receive the periodic impedance for the selected number of days.
-
Missing days visual. The red line indicates the missing days. The green bars before and/or after the red line indicate the counts of the number of days. You can hover over the sections to see a tooltip showing the data.
-
-
Impedance. The impedance low, average, and max values are for the specified phase of the meter for which the alarm is generated.
-
Minimum. The minimum observed impedance in milliohms for that phase for the selected time period.
-
Average. The average observed impedance in milliohms for that phase for the selected time period.
-
Maximum. The maximum observed impedance in milliohms for that phase for the selected time period.
-
-
Same transformer. The impedance values at the transformer level consider all the phases of the meters under that transformer.
-
Minimum. The minimum observed impedance of all service points on the parent transformer in milliohms.
-
Average. The average observed impedance of all service points on the parent transformer in milliohms.
-
Maximum. The maximum observed impedance of all service points on the parent transformer in milliohms.
-
StdDev. The standard deviation of observed impedances.
-
-
-
Change history tab. This tab on the Service point details card provides historical details for the selected alarm.
-
Status.
-
New. A new alarm has occurred at the selected service point.
-
Active. The alarm has been acknowledged, and action (such as a work order) has been taken.
-
On hold. The alarm is under review by the utility.
-
Resolved. Action has been taken to fix the issue creating the alarm. The service point is under observation to determine if it is safe to close the alarm.
-
Closed. The issue has been resolved and the utility has deemed that it is safe to close the alarm.
-
Rejected. The issue was deemed a false positive or the premises no longer exist and the alarm has been closed.
-
-
Date. The date that the status was changed.
-
Reason. The reason for the status change.
