Editing the alarm status

  1. In one or more rows with an alarm status you want edit, click the ellipsis button () at the end of a row.

  2. Select Edit status.

    1. Select a Status:

      • New. A new event has occurred at the selected service point.

      • Active. The event has been acknowledged, and action (such as a work order) has been taken.

      • On hold. The event is under review by the utility.

      • Resolved. Action has been taken to fix the issue creating the alarm. The service point is under observation to determine if it is safe to close the event.

      • Closed. The issue has been resolved and the utility has deemed that it is safe to close the event.

      • Rejected. The issue was deemed a false positive or the premises no longer exist and the event has been closed.

    2. Enter a Reason.

    3. Click Update.
