Editing the alarm status

In one or more rows with an alarm status you want edit, click the ellipsis button (
) at the end of a row.

Select Edit status.

Select a Status:

New. A new event has occurred at the selected service point.

Active. The event has been acknowledged, and action (such as a work order) has been taken.

On hold. The event is under review by the utility.

Resolved. Action has been taken to fix the issue creating the alarm. The service point is under observation to determine if it is safe to close the event.

Closed. The issue has been resolved and the utility has deemed that it is safe to close the event.

Rejected. The issue was deemed a false positive or the premises no longer exist and the event has been closed.

Enter a Reason.

Click Update.
