Alarm impact dashboard card

The Alarm impact dashboard card displays the following information:

• The percent rejected.

• The rejected alarms count with the average number of days to transition the alarm status from New to Reject.

• The Closed alarms count with the average number of days to transition the Alarm status from New to Closed.

This card can be displayed in three different sizes: large, medium, and small. On the large and medium cards, the bar charts are shown below the percentages. On the small card, only the numerical counts are shown below the percentages.

Configuring the Alarm impact dashboard card

1. Open the menu () and select Configure.

2. From the Select Days menu, select the number of days to be considered for this dashboard card. The default is 7 days.

   • Last 7 days

   • Last 30 days

   • Last 60 days

   • Last 90 days

   • Last 180 days

3. From the Select Event Types menu, select the event types you want to be included on this dashboard card. You can select one or more event types. The default is both HID and AdvTemp.
