New features and enhancements
3331289: Handling large events due to solar - computation changes
Enhancements in handling HID alarms on premises with solar generation.
3331288: Move API-needed items to HID feature, not only Z* features
All data needed by the customer is available with the Impedance Computation feature and no other licensing requirements. A new message type has been implemented. This data is generated at midnight every day (per leg). This message contains the Event date, Meter legs, Event count, and P50LZP.

New features and enhancements
3219781: Meter form changes
HID now supports the R311 IEC meter form.
Resolved issues
3249190: Nominal voltage detection is not happening correctly
Issue: Nominal voltage detection was not correct when MeterConfig value was set to 2.
Resolution: Fixed.
3028768: HW 4.2 - With config change for z phasor alarm, getting 500 events per day
Issue: With configuration change for z phasor alarm, the agent was getting 500 events per day
Resolution: Fixed.

There are no known issues in this release.

This release occurred on October 4, 2023. This agent release is available through the Itron Enterprise Application Center (EAC) and can be selectively evaluated and deployed by utility personnel with the appropriate assigned roles.
Important! Upgrading to version 0.3.119 deletes the persistent data (historical data for HID computation). Upgrading to 0.3.119 is the same as freshly installing the HidTheftAgent agent for the first time on the meter. |

New features and enhancements
3016657: Increase event limit - 3
-
Agent capability has been enhanced to stop recording load change events when the capped events limit is reached, indicating the same in the logs message.
-
The load change events per day support was capped to 1000 events per day.
-
Zphasor historical data is restricted to a maximum of seven days.
-
The preinstall script clears the older persistent data upon upgrading the agent to 0.3.119.
2919642: Meterform detection for 12S meter on 2S service
The 12S meters are sometimes placed into a service where a 2S meter will be. The HIDTheftAgent algorithm has been modified to consider this as a valid meterform.
2881050: Add agent's PID to cout logs on restart
This enhancement provides better debugging.
Software fixes were made to address vulnerabilities.
Resolved issues
3020881: Flash is not getting cleared after upgrading
On HW 4.0 it was expected that flash would be cleared after the upgrade to 0.3.119 which was not happening
Resolution: The agent preinstall script has been modified to handle this.
3012479: Observed high memory with 2S and 16S fastsim profiling on GenX
High Memory consumption by the agent was observed on 2S and 16S meterforms.
Resolution: Thread optimization has been done to reduce memory consumption.
3006532: Cout logs getting struck while doing agent upgrade and agent is not upgrading
The agent gets stuck, affecting the agent upgrade.
Resolution: Signal handling of SIGUSR1 was fixed to avoid multiple signals happening at the same time.
3006838: HidTheftAgent: 0.3.114: Agent goes down intermittently while running fast simulation
The agent gets stuck.
Resolution: Signal handling of SIGUSR1 was fixed to avoid multiple signals happening at the same time.
2868654: DBUS daemon consuming high 'meter memory' is resulting in LOW memory availability in the meter.
The agent gets stuck.
Resolution: Signal handling of SIGUSR1 was fixed to avoid multiple signals happening at the same time.
3006197: Agent installation failing from FDM and ImprovHelper script.
There has been intermittent installation failure for the agent.
Resolution: The agent preinstallation script has been modified.
2955772: Partial 21# messages being sent to server and ultimately being rejected
Partial 21# messages were getting sent to the backend due to the agent's Flash getting full.
Resolution: The load change events per day support was capped to 1000. Zphasor historical data is now restricted to seven days maximum.

2843621: Log enhancements
To assist troubleshooting, more agent information is captured by the logs , including start-up, daemon process, initializations, and errors.
Resolved issues
2929633: Agent start was taking longer than expected after upgrade or restart
Resolution: Now, the agent start speed is improved after optimizing buffer file handling.
