Export All Forecast to XML

This process exports forecasts for all items to the standard XML forecast format. This action is invoked through the Export Forecasts dialog. On this dialog, you can perform the following actions:

• Add Comment text to be included in the exported XML files.
• Select the range of days to export using a Start Offset and Length parameters or specific dates.
• Select a subset of the list of available schedules to be included in the Export scope. This list can be saved as a User Setting by checking the Save Selected checkbox.

The export action creates a separate file for each schedule in the export scope. The files are written to a path that is defined in the System Settings, on the MetrixIDR Services page. The setting appears in the Integration group and is named exportpath using standard UNC text (e.g., \\machine.com\folder\Subfolder\).

Press the Export button on the Export Forecasts dialog to start the export process. If the path specified in System Settings is empty or cannot be found, an error message will be provided. Close the dialog or press the Cancel button to cancel the export action.
