Portfolio Tools

The following tools are available on the Tools Menu in the Portfolio module.

Generate Portfolio ADU Forecast

The Generate Portfolio ADU Forecast command generates a forecast for all Portfolio items. The Forecast action will extend the latest ADU value through the forecast horizon, if no data are available for that period. The Data Last Updated and Data Last Forecasted Fields are used to determine if the forecast for an item needs to be updated. If the Data Last Forecasted date is less that the Date Last Updated date, then the forecast action will be executed for the item.

Generate Portfolio ADU Session Forecast

The Generate Portfolio ADU Session Forecast command generates a session ADU forecast for the current user. The user may then edit or adjust the forecast without affecting scheduled tasks or other users.
