Schedule Filling Parameters

The Schedule Filling Parameters Tab contains the settings for data filling. There are only two settings.

• Fill Schedule ID – Text box with browse button

• Only Fill Missing -- Checkbox

The Fill Schedule ID allows selection of a Schedule to use to fill missing values. As the default, this is set to “(Use This Schedule)” which deactivates this feature. To activate this feature, use the Browse button to select an alternative schedule to use as the data source for filling.

When the Only Fill Missing box is checked, data values from the alternate schedule are used to replace any missing data in the schedule. When the Only Fill Missing Box is not checked, the alternate schedule is used to replace the entire schedule when the alternative schedule’s Last Forecasted date is equal to or more recent or equal than the schedule’s Last Forecast date.

The Schedule Filling settings are utilized only when the FillSchedules or FillAllSchedules Tasks are invoked. These are two of the Task Types that are included in the Forecasting Task Category. The Fill Schedules option allows for a filter that allows the user to restrict the filling task to a selected subset of schedules..
