XDriver Tools
The following commands are specific to the Drivers Module and are available on the Tools Menu.
- Generate XDriver Forecast.
- Generate XDriver Session Forecast.
- Refresh XDriver Session Data from Master.
- XDriver Configuration.
- Import from XML.
These commands are described below.
Generate XDriver Forecast
The Generate XDriver Forecast is used in conjunction with the Extend option on the General Tab of the XDrivers Property dialog. For XDrivers with the Extend option checked, the command generates XDriver forecast data through the forecast time horizon. For XDrivers with the Extend option unchecked, the command action has no effect. The Data Last Updated and Data Last Forecasted fields displayed on the General Tab of the XDrivers Property dialog are used to determine whether the forecast for an XDriver needs to be updated. If the Data Last Forecasted date is less that the Date Last Updated date, then the forecast will be generated.
Generate XDriver Session Forecast
The Generate XDriver Session Forecast command generates a session forecast for the current user. Because the forecast is performed in a user session, the user may then edit or adjust the forecast without affecting other users or a scheduled task.
Refresh XDriver Session Data from Master
This command is enabled when the XDriver forecast data is edited. The command replaces the user’s edited data with the system master data removing any user edits to XDriver forecast data.
XDriver Configuration
This command opens the XDriver Configuration dialog box. This dialog box allows the user to configure a new XDriver concept. Configuration details are located in the XDriver Configuration section.
