Data Menu

The Data Menu includes the following commands:

• Export to Excel.
• Mark Task as Finished.

These commands are described below.

Export to Excel.

The Export to Excel command exports the Log to Excel. Two export options are included: Export All and Export Current. Export All exports the entire Log to Excel. Export Current only exports the tasks in the currently filtered view. After selecting the export option, the Save Log dialog will appear, prompting the user to specify the export location.

Mark Task as Finished.

The Mark Task as Finished command is only enabled when a task is "in process" and selected. This command changes the "in process" status to finished. This command is only available on the Event Log.
