Change Mode

Use Change Mode to change the ERT module's communication protocol (also called the transmit configuration). The communication protocol determines the frequency and signal strength at which the module transmits the standard consumption message (SCM).

The Change Mode switches the module from its current communication protocol to one you select using this command. For example, if you select 100G Mobile M/HH H2R in the Select Mode to Program field, Field Tools switches the module from whatever communication protocol it is currently in to the 100G Mobile M/HH H2R communication protocol.

You must have Program Endpoint permissions to perform this function.

The Change Mode command prompts you for inputs. The inputs vary by device. Expand the device type you're working with for its input details. For descriptions of the results, see Result and success fields.
