Check FWDL Status

Check the module for a progress status of its recent firmware image download (by use of the Start FWDL command). When the workflow completes, the message firmware image activation successful indicates the command completed successfully. The message firmware image verification failed indicates the command did not complete successfully. Before you can activate the firmware (by use of the Activate FWDL command), it must complete a successful firmware image verification.

The only supported hardware configuration for performing Check FWDL Status is with a Windows mobile device (that meets Field Tools minimum requirements) that is paired to the IMR using a USB connection. For more information, see Minimum requirements.
