Uninstalling the mobile application from an FC300 handheld

1. On the FC300, navigate to the MyDevice\SD Card\Itron\FDM\Data.

2. Delete all files from the folder, except for Default.sdf.

3. Delete all Workflow folders from MyDevice\SD Card\Itron\FDM\Data.

4. Restart the FDM mobile application.

5. Enter the credentials for the new server.

6. Sign onto the FDM mobile application.
