FDM System Requirements

Before proceeding with the FDM installation, verify that you have the necessary hardware and software, as detailed in the following table.

Note:  During installation, the FDM mobile application must be able to communicate with the FDM server through a designated port (the default is port 8731) in your network's firewall. Be sure to ask your organization's information technology (IT) department well ahead of time to open the applicable port.
