GPS Receiver Setup

FDM supports the use of both external and internal GPS receivers. You can configure it to support:

• An external TeleType 20-Channel, Trimble XB, or Qstarz BT-Q818X GPS device on any Bluetooth-enabled FC300-series handheld.
• The internal GPS on any FZ-G1 tablet computer equipped with one.
• The internal GPS on any FC300 handheld equipped with one.

On an FC300, FDM can be configured to use either external GPS or the handheld’s internal one, but you can enable only one of these to work with the handheld at a time.
