Getting Started

The following section explains how to start the FDM server client application and how to use it to log on and off the FDM server. Once you have installed the server client on a computer, you can start and run multiple instances of FDM in separate windows.

Note: On computers running multiple instances of the FDM server client, you can enable the scanner to work with only one instance at a time. For more information, see the FDM Server Client Guide for more information.

This section also describes the basic components of the FDM main window and their functions. This includes exporting and importing list items to CSV or CRF files.
