Unlocking a user account

Note: You can only unlock a user account if you are a business unit user with Modify Server Users or Modify Mobile Users permission in all of the user’s business units.

  1. In the navigation pane, select User Accounts.

  2. In the contents pane, right-click the user whose account you want to unlock and select Unlock Account.

Note: The Unlock Account command is available only if FDM’s user store management feature is enabled.
