Business Unit Properties

The Business Unit Properties view lets you view and configure general settings that apply to the selected business unit. These include the business unit’s name, the market types of its utility endpoints (electric, gas, water, or telemetry), the direction in which the FDM mobile software displays and records meter readings entered by your field service personnel, dispatch and appointment settings, and device command log settings.

This view is also where you configure two of FDM’s most useful and time-saving features—the meter access program and the audit engine.
