Download Firmware

Use this window to load firmware to the device you are logged onto.

To load firmware to multiple devices in sequence, refer to the Update Devices feature.

Downloading Firmware

1. Select the Device Control Panel workflow.
2. Log onto the device, then select Firmware Management > Download Firmware.

   The window lists the

   In the data table, all firmware files are displayed that:

   • are appropriate for the device that you are currently logged into, and
   • are located in the correct directory on your computer.
3. Click to highlight the file and click Next.
4. Click Yes when the window asks for confirmation.

   The process follows the sequence: initiate, download, verify, activate. Wait several minutes for the process to complete before attempting to log on to the device again.
