Reset THD/TDD Event Counters

Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) and Total Demand Distortion (TDD) are commonly caused by nonlinear loads with rapid fluctuations in load current or voltage. These distortions can impair power quality and cause overheated transformers and tripped breakers.

Gen5 Riva meters can be configured to detect THD and TDD and create events when the configured thresholds are surpassed.

The Reset THD/TDD Event Counters page displays the number of times each of the events has occurred. Click Yes to return all the values to zero and begin counting the events again. Click No to return to the Device Operations menu without changing any values.
