Installing the FDM Mobile application on a PC

To install the FDM mobile application, run the FDM installation wizard, MobileClientSetup.exe. The file is located in the MobileClientSetup.zip file that you downloaded from the Customer Center Web site (see Downloading the FDM Application Files). Place the downloaded installation file on the computer where you will install the application.

Important!

When installing the FDM Mobile Application on a Panasonic tablet, you must log into the tablet as an FSR so that the installation creates the correct Imager Path C:\Users\FSR\Documents.

If you mistakenly log into the tablet as an Admin, the Imager Path will be set up as C:\Users\Admin\Documents, and FSRs will experience errors when trying to capture an image because they don't have access to the Admin path.
