Registering for an Itron Access Account

Note: You need only register for an Itron Access account if you do not already have one. If you are not sure whether or not you have an account, first try logging on (see Downloading the FDM application files or installation wizard). Then, if you are unable to log on, continue as described here.

1. On a computer with an Internet connection, start a Web browser and go to the Itron Access Web page (https://access.itron.com).
2. On the Itron Access page, click Sign up for an Itron Account.
3. Follow the instructions on your screen to register. After you register, you will receive an e-mail message containing your user name and password. Allow up to three business days for approval of your access privileges, which will come in a second e-mail message.
