Reset Type-15 Endpoint

When an endpoint detects an internal malfunction that affects its ability to perform its primary functions, it may change its endpoint type code to a type 15. By identifying itself to the handheld as a type-15 endpoint, it indicates that there is a problem.

Use Reset Type-15 Endpoint to reset a type-15 endpoint to its normal type value.

The following endpoint types support the Reset Type-15 Endpoint action command:

• Electric endpoints:
  • 40E
• Gas modules:
  • 40G/40GB
• Water modules:
  • 40W
  • 50W
