Missing data
The Missing Data view provides information about periodic heartbeat messages missing from the agent on the meter on a daily basis. If a heartbeat message is missing for a particular service point, the 'Missing Data' view shows the absence of a heartbeat as missing data. This does not always mean that user-facing data from the outcome was missed, but rather that if any data was to be presented on that day, there is a risk it was lost and therefore was not presented to the user.
Electric Vehicle Detection provides missing data information for alarms. The missing data is calculated based on the impedance data received by the backend. The DI message processor (DIMP) waits 48 hours before marking a day as 'Day missed.'
