3664024: ApplicationServices (AppServ) version management in EAC

In EAC, AppServ versions now need to be approved by the utility. After an AppServ version has been approved, it is available for automatic installation during DI application version installation.

Users with the Utility Tester role can now:

• Deploy AppServ versions to target devices (or device groups) for evaluation and testing.

• Approve or deny AppServ versions.

Known issues

3593980: When a firmware download (FWDL) job runs for ~30 minutes, its status incorrectly stops reporting

Workaround: Monitor long-running FWDL job statuses in Firmware Upgrader (FWU).

3685888: When viewing job details in EAC, the device counts on job stages and sub-steps are inconsistent

Workaround: None at this time.
