Creating a configuration

  1. In the menu, navigate to DI Administration > DI Configuration and verify you are on the Active tab.

  2. Click Add ().

    or

    Expand an existing configuration and click Create Copy to use that as a starting point.

  3. Complete the properties section.

    1. In the Application dropdown menu, select the application being configured.

    2. In the Configuration Level dropdown menu, select Global to apply the configuration to all devices or select Endpoint to apply the configuration to specific devices only.

    3. If Endpoint is selected for Configuration Level, then provide the list of ESNs.

      • To type out the ESNs, select Text and type the comma-separated ESNs.

        or

      • To upload the ESNs, select File, click Select File, browse to the CSV file containing the ESNs, and click Upload.

    4. In the Description field, type a description of the configuration.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Complete the parameters section.

    1. Expand a feature with parameters you want to change.

    2. For the parameter you want to change, in the Action dropdown menu, select Set.

    3. For the parameter you want to change, in the NewValue field, type or select the new value.

    4. Repeat for all other features and parameters you want to change.

  6. Click Review.

  7. Review the details of your configuration request.

  8. Click Create.

    The CCR is now created and appears in the Active tab with a status of New.
