PremiseId

The unique identifier for the premise where the service point is located. The PremiseId identifies the utility property location. This value is unique and should not be changed. A premises can have multiple services on the same premises.

Use	Collection Manager	Not used. The `PremiseId` is not used. If it is included in the MDI file it is renamed to `ServicePointId` for Collection Manager.

	Itron Analytics	Optional. The `PremiseId` value should not be the same value as the `ServicePointId` for cases in which two or more service points are associated with the same premise.
	Operations Optimizer	Required. nullable Maps to: Premise.CustomerPremise Example values: 10000563-WA 5423 34.232321.1
	ChoiceConnect Fixed Network	Required. This value is displayed in the Network Operations Manager and can be used as a search parameter.
