PressureCompensationLinkRange
This attribute identifies the start date for applying the pressure compensated factor. You can pre-populate a start and end date for applying pressure compensated values which Itron Analytics will use to convert the reading data to a compensated value.
Use a precise description of date and time, if available--either in UTC (2014-07-08T00:00:00Z) or in local time with an indication of the offset from UTC (2001-10-26T21:32:52+02:00). BOT (beginning of time) and EOT (end of time) can also be used.
If you do not provide the date, but are supplying a Pressure Compensation Factor, the system will apply BOT and EOT by default and all incoming usage values will be converted to a compensated value for display.
