FlowDirection
Determines whether the district meter is an OutFlow meter (diverting gas or water out of the district) or an InFlow meter (supplying gas or water into the district). A district meter may be associated to multiple districts as an inflow or outflow meter. Inflow meter consumption always adds to the consumption supplied to the district. Outflow meters always subtract their consumption from the district.
