MeteringApplicationConfigurationTag
This element contains the Globally Unique Identifier that identifies the OpenWay Operations Center configuration parameter set downloaded to an endpoint at installation time. The element is required in situations where Field Deployment Manager (FDM) is reporting the result of an installation of an endpoint that is intended for operation in an OpenWay network.
