PaintedDigits
The number of zeros to append to the reading value, regardless of the actual reading value. For example, if LeftDigits = 6, RightDigits = 1, PaintedDigits = 1, and the reading value is 12345.67, then the user interface shows a reading value of 01234560. The 7 is dropped because RightDigits = 1. The zero is appended because PaintedDigits = 1.
