RightDigits
The number of digits from the right of the decimal point in the imported reading value to show in the user interface (non-billing digits). If there are fewer characters in the imported reading value than the number specified by the RightDigits value, the user interface appends zeros to the reading. For example, if LeftDigits = 6, RightDigits = 3, and the reading value is 12345.67, then the user interface shows a reading value of 012345670.
