The reading data unit of measure. Itron Analytics supports several common units, including Wh, VARh, VAh, V, and Vh for electric, and gal, cf, ccf, and cgal for gas and water.

Itron Analytics |
Required. Itron Analytics: For electricity meters, this can be set with auto-channel creation. Set the Unit value to M when creating a dummy channel. Itron Analytics can accept the incoming data in any unit. However, all collection systems that send data from the same meter must use the same unit. Itron Analytics can convert the incoming unit to a different unit to show in the user interface. This attribute is required for Itron Analytics to process meter readings.
