Reconfiguring DEH hierarchies and phase mappings in App Platform

You can prepare DEH import files for use in App Platform to correct phase mappings that were incorrectly configured in earlier DEH import files. After App Platform completes a successful DEH file import that contains reconfigured phase mappings, the related outage analytic events and equipment aggregation data are automatically re-calculated retroactively. Outage analytic event data is recalculated retroactively for the last 400 days. Equipment aggregation data is recalculated retroactively for the last 60 days. The dashboards in App Platform that report on outage analytic events, phase mappings, and equipment aggregation data update and reflect the reconfiguration after five hours. Outage analytic events older than 400 days and equipment aggregation data older than 60 days are not updated retroactively to reflect changes to phase mappings.

The following elements and attributes in DEH import files for use in App Platform may activate automatic re-calculation of outage analytic events and equipment aggregation data. Undefined or omitted fields may result in validation errors or reduced application functionality.
