Note: DEH cannot be used to set service point meters. Use MDI/PBC to set service points, but not distribution equipment.

The elements under the root SetMeter element represent distinct operations.

Itron recommends that you use separate files for remove operations and set or update operations. Separate files help you avoid conflicts that can arise from including multiple operations for the same entity in a single file.

Caution: A DEH file can contain multiple operations for the same entity. Do not include conflicting changes for the same entity. Transactions are processed in the order received. Conflicts may impact performance.
