  1. Meter. The meter provides metrology data to the agent every second.

  2. Algorithms in the agents on the meter. The agent gets metrology data every second. This data is processed into 'significant changes'. The 'significant changes' are processed further to generate various events and trends.

  3. Message from agent. The messages that come from the agent are processed and stored in the data warehouse tables.
